I was delighted to stumble on Nyonyalite Buah Keluak on FB. Normally I m quite reluctant to buy things on FB but I m so glad that I gave it a try. It is such an easy and simple recipe! With two stalks of lemongrass and some lemon leaves, I was able to recreate an authentic nyonya dish within 30 min. Super yummy and fulfilling!

Cooking was easy and the taste is as authentic as my grandma’s cooking. Price is a little steep but worth it for the entire family to enjoy.

First time using Nyonyalite Curry paste as we usually use on own home made paste. My kids enjoyed the curry chicken cooked with Nyonyaliye Curry Paste. In future, they can just buy and cook without asking me to prepare the paste.

Wow this is good! I tried to use 1/3 of the paste to do the gravy. Boiled the prawn shells n heads, added a little tamarind juice and it turned out well.
The paste is so convenient and taste is authentic. The recipe has the perfect formula!

Tasty n Delicious. Added diced Tau Pok so that soaks in all the rich nice buah keluak gravy. EZ to have nonya buah keluak in minutes.

Nyonyalite is rich in flavour n delicious. It's also easy to use.

I just follow the instructions and added lemon grass lime leave. It's authentic.

Cooked someone’s fav dish today…….ayam pongteh. Thanks to Nyonyalite, need not prepare the paste from scratch. Easy to cook and taste just as good! Yums……

Very authenthic taste. As I prefer a stronger flavour I used 2 packets for the stipulated amount of Bee Hoon and found it just right. With a dollop of Kwong Cheong Thye brand Nasi lemak Chilli sause -- perfect!

Very flavourful. A time saver!

First of all I like that it’s so convenient, just open the packet and fry the paste and add in the chicken etc. The taste of the Buah Keluak is also authentic, very tasty and delicious. My husband also loves it.

Cooking ayam buah keluak has never been that easy.

Very close to the authentic version and super easy to use.
