Cooked big prawns with Sambal Ayam Penyet and slices of big red onions. It’s finger licking good. Very Sedap. Shiok!

Instant n delicious
A resource for me to avoid putting the aromatics together from scratch
I fried it with big shelled prawns ( minus heads ) with petai and ate with steaming hot white rice
Added lemon grass to add a taste n fragrance I like

The sambal paste is really very flavorful, goes so well with chicken and noodles.

Love how Sambal Ayam Penyet was so versatile! Could do vegetables and goreng tofu with it. Was tasty! A little paste can go a long way as well. The smell and colour of the food was so delicious and pleasing to the eyes and stomach!
