How should I store my Nyonyalite sambal and instant pastes?
Unopened you can store the sambal and pastes in room temperature until the expiry date stated on the package (1 year from date of manufacture). Once opened, store any leftover in an airtight container, refrigerate and use within 2 weeks.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
Delivery is free for orders valued $35 and above. A $5 delivery fee is applied to any orders below $35.
I run a restaurant, does Nyonyalite supply to B2B customers?
Our pastes comes in 1kg food service packs for food businesses. Please contact sales@nyonyalite.com for quotations.
What's the standard delivery time?
3 to 5 business days upon order received. Orders made after 1pm is considered as the next day.
There is a defect with my orders. What should I do?
If the package is leaking, bloated or has been tampered with, please do not consume the product. Take a picture of the product and send it to sales@nyonyalite.com and we will send you a replacement item.
Can I prepare our food more than the recommended serving size?
The taste will be diluted and you will not get the authentic Nyonyalite experience if you prepare the food more than the recommended serving size.
What are the allergens in your sambal and paste I need to take note of?
All allergens are noted on the product page. In general, most of all paste contains soy products, shrimp and tree nuts.
Do you use preservatives in your pastes?
No, we do not use preservatives. This is to ensure a healthier meal and also to preserve the flavors of our product. All our pastes and sambal are vacuum packed and retorted instead.
Are you available on retail outlets?
Our products are currently not available at retail outlets. If you are a distributor and you are interested in distributing our products, please contact sales@nyonyalite.com.
