I was delighted to stumble on Nyonyalite Buah Keluak on FB. Normally I m quite reluctant to buy things on FB but I m so glad that I gave it a try. It is such an easy and simple recipe! With two stalks of lemongrass and some lemon leaves, I was able to recreate an authentic nyonya dish within 30 min. Super yummy and fulfilling!
Cooking was easy and the taste is as authentic as my grandma’s cooking. Price is a little steep but worth it for the entire family to enjoy.
First time using Nyonyalite Curry paste as we usually use on own home made paste. My kids enjoyed the curry chicken cooked with Nyonyaliye Curry Paste. In future, they can just buy and cook without asking me to prepare the paste.
