Ingredients:
- 400g chopped chicken (with skin and bone)
- 80ml of water
- Nyonyalite Buah Keluak Paste
Instructions:
- Heat the pan or wok with cooking oil.
- Add in the Nyonyalite Buah Keluak Paste and fry it until fragrant.
- Introduce the chicken pieces and start stirring until the chicken is half cook.
- Add in 80ml of water and turn the heat to low or medium when it is boiled.
- Cook for 20 minutes more to allow the chicken to simmer and soak up the essence of the paste.
