Today I used the Nyonyalite Nyonya Mee Siam paste to make the dry mee siam and I must say that it was really good. Instructions were also very easy to follow and it was very easy to prepare. I usually like my mee siam with gravy but this dry recipe was to my satisfaction. Hopefully Nyonyalite can come up with Mee Siam with gravy for variety. Thanks Nyonyalite for not disappointing once again😃

Using this paste for the first time, it is simple to prepare and taste delicious. Perfect to bring overseas where all the ingredients are not available.

First time trying the curry paste with ayam. It is mild but flavorful and spicy. Not sure if it is suitable to cook with itik; will try it again if i buy the paste.

Instead of meat, I tried with fish fillet and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted as good as using meat.

I love buah keluak but have only had it at restaurants and my Peranakan friends’ homes. This brings the experience directly to my kitchen and the ease was such a bonus. As for the taste, I really liked it. All that signature earthiness and fragrance is all there. I would just tweak the instruction to include when to add the water, and maybe nudge the tanginess down a smidgen. But such a great product.

This is my second purchase. My family loves the aromatic curry. It’s fuss free to cook utter you get the most flavourful curry. Really a good deal.

Have tested for the 2nd time and it is done with the paste and chicken alone. It is good and tasty enough for a single dish by itself. I cook Peranakan food and so I know what the standard should be.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavours. My mother used to cook this dish, the paste is just as good. It's simple and taste just as good.
